¼ cup chopped onion
2 cups cashew cheese
1 cups green peas
6 servings fresh tuna, lightly cooked
2 large mashed white potatoes for thickening
1 lb. pasta noodles
Season as desired
1 cup potato chips
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water until Al dente (just right) for 8-10 minutes. Drain.
- Preheat oven to 425 °F.
- In a large bowl thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, mashed potatoes. Transfer to a baking dish 9x13 inch. Top with potato chip crumbs and remaining cheese. Bake for 15-20 min in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.
