CHOCOLATE CAKE EXPRESS

ALL INGREDIENTS MUST BE ORGANIC FOR HEALTH BENEFITS

 

 

 

PREPARATION: 7 MINUTES                  COOKING TIME 25 MIN                   SERVES: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½  CUPS  UNSIFTED  FLOUR, cashew almond, wholegrain pastry flour 
  • 1 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR   small amount of  honey
  • 1 1/3    UNSWEETENED  COCAO
  • 1 EGG
  • ½  TEASOON OF SALT
  • 1 TBLESPOON VANILLA
  • 1 TABLESPOON APPLE CIDAR VINEGAR
  • ½ CUP VEGETABLE OIL
  • 1 CUP WATER

 

1-PREHEAT OVEN 375 % F.  GREASE & FLOUR  AN  8 X 8 X 2  BAKING PAN.      

IN A MIXING BOWL, COMBINE THE FLOUR, SUGAR, COCOA, BAKING SODA, AND SALT.

MAKE A WELL IN THE CENTER OF THE MIXTURE AND ADD THE VANILLA, VINEGAR, AND OIL,HONEY AND OIL

THEN GRADUALLY STIR IN THE WATER. CONTINUE STIRING UNTIL THOROUGHLY  BLENDED,

 BUT DO NOT OVERMIX.    

2-POUR THE BATTER INTO THE BAKING PAN AND BAKE UNCOVERED, FOR 25 – 30 MIN

OR UNTIL A TOOTH PICK INSERTED INTO THE CENTER  OF THE CAKE COMES OUT  CLEAN.

DO NOT OVER BAKE THE SECRET OF THIS CAKE IS MOISTNESS. COOL IN THE PAN ON A WIRE RACK FOR

10 MINUTES, THEN REMOVE THE CAKE FROM THE PAN TO THE RACK TO COOL COMPLETELY.

FROST THE CAKE. YOU CAN MAKE TWO CAKES AND FROST IN THE MIDDLE AND AROUND.
